ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-demand releases, limited drops, holidays, or preorder periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

KHALLÉ is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Customs
  • High shipping volume
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Incorrect address information

ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

KHALLÉ is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Returned packages due to address errors
  • Lost packages caused by incorrect information

Orders cannot be changed or modified once placed.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, KHALLÉ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT fees
  • Additional carrier charges

These fees are determined by your local government and are not included in the order total.


PREORDERS

Items marked as preorder will ship within the timeframe listed on the product page.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are available.


FINAL SALE

All KHALLÉ purchases are final sale.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at khallesupport@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
